That Seals It!/This Sucks! Bundle

That Seals it - 5 Vacuum sealing lids for bulk #10 size cans.  Inside comes an additional sticky seal if needed to seal a slightly dented can.  Take out other seal and insert sticky seal.

This Sucks - Manual Pump System.  Hand-held manual sealing pump designed to use with That Seals It! lid or food sealing bags.  INCLUDES: Pump, Coupler, Fitting, and Hose.

Vacuum Sealing Troubleshooting Tips

•  Check that the can opening is round. If not, gently reshape it (the can edge should align with the
  middle of the lid seal)
• The can edge should be smooth and dent-free
• Ensure the can edge, lid seal and ball seal (center seal) are clean
• Ensure the pump coupler is pressed snugly down into the center recess of the lid
• If the outer lid seal has “rolled” in the groove of the lid, press it back into place. If it rolls again, reinstall it upside down
• Ensure that the ball seal is installed with the round end in the recess of the lid
• When beginning the vacuum step, a slight momentary downward pressure on the lid will help initiate the seal
• Check the ball seal. Create a vacuum on a can, then fill the lid recess with water. If the ball seal is leaking, a water droplet will form on the underside of the lid next to the ball seal. Check to see if the seal or lid is damaged or dirty
